BY MAKING YOUR PURCHASE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT STRIKES AND MAIL ISSUE DELAYS ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL!

All orders are shipped from Nottingham, UK via Royal Mail!

What are my Shipping Options? All our shipping is based on the weight of your parcels 

We also send our parcels via Royal Mail Tracked

We will provide email updates through Royal Mail through your email address (if applicable)

Once dispatched UK order should take up to 2 Working Days to arrive depending on shipping method chosen. Please note these are estimated times and we ask that you allow a longer estimated time frame due to current delays with Royal Mail which are out of our control.

Working days are counted as Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

 

 Returns-

Reason for Return: 

If you are unhappy with your order you must notify us immediately by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. We ask that you send as photo of your item as you received it, all items must still be in their packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Returns are our discretion. 

We will send you the details on how to return your goods to us. Importantly, the cost of the return will be at the buyers expense. Please return your goods via a tracked or signed for service and always keep your proof of postage.
